For more than 30 years, Dunedin Urgent Doctors & Accident Centre has provided urgent medical care for non-life-threatening emergencies, illnesses and injuries to the residents of and visitors to Ōtepoti/Dunedin and Otago.
Our not-for-profit business offers care to those who cannot otherwise access a GP or need care out of hours. Our highly experienced medical team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, paramedics, extended care paramedics and senior medical officers via telehealth supported by a compassionate and responsive administration team.

Our clinic also offers non-urgent care services
Alongside our walk-in clinic we also operate two appointment based services.
- Our fracture clinic offers appointment-based follow-up treatment for bone fractures that have had initial treatment. This can include recasting and other treatment.
- We also offer immigration medicals as part of your visa requirements and pre-employment and driver license medical checks. These need to be booked in advance.
- We offer both recreational and commercial dive medicals, performed by a designated dive doctor. Please contact us to book these in advance.
